Seasons Ventured LLC d/b/a Southern Harbor Clean Co.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by Seasons Ventured LLC, doing business as Southern Harbor Clean Co. (“Southern Harbor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By requesting, scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Southern Harbor Clean Co., the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

Southern Harbor Clean Co. is a trade name operated by Seasons Ventured LLC. All services, agreements, payments, obligations, and business activities conducted under the Southern Harbor Clean Co. name are provided by Seasons Ventured LLC.
